Indian style spiced apricot chutney also known as khubani ki chutney is a delicious and very easy to make chutney made with dried apricots.

Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Cook dried apricots with ginger and water for around 50 minutes or until they turn soft.

Step 3: Once cooked, mash the apricots.

Step 4: Add chopped cashew nuts and raisins.

Step 5: Add powdered jaggery/ sugar, salt, spices, and vinegar

Step 6: Mix everything and cook covered for another 5-7 minutes.
