Indian pea curry is a simple vegan curry recipe that can be prepared in less than 35 minutes. It's very easy to make and is full of flavors.

Step1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Saute roughly chopped onion, garlic, and cashew nuts in an oil of choice.

Step 3: Add roughly chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and salt.

Step 4: Mix and cover the pan.

Step 5: Cook covered for 8-10 minutes.

Step 6: Transfer to a grinding jar and make a smooth paste

Step 7: Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let the seeds splutter.

Step 8: Add green peas and cook until the peas are cooked well.

Step 9: Add powdered spices and saute for a few seconds.

Step 10: Add onion tomato cashew paste.

Step 11: Cook for 2 minutes.

Step 12: Add water and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Step 13: Add chopped cilantro and kasoori methi. Mix. Your delicious green pea curry is ready to be served.
