Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: From the 1 liter milk that we are using in this recipe, take out around ¼ cup of milk in a bowl.

Step 3: Mix it with cornstarch and keep aside.

Step 4: Boil the remaining milk in a large pot.

Step 5: Add the rinsed rice to boiling milk.

Step 6: Cook for around 25 minutes.

Step 7: Add sugar and mix until the sugar gets dissolved.

Step 8: Add cornstarch slurry.

Step 9: Stir continuously and cook until the rice pudding becomes thick and creamy.

Step 10: Add orange blossom water. Mix and turn off the heat.
