This Moroccan chickpea soup with sweet potatoes is a very flavorful and satisfying soup that's perfect for fall. It's vegan and gluten-free.

Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Saute chopped onion and minced garlic in olive oil until the onion becomes translucent.

Step 3: Add red pepper flakes, Italian seasonings blend, and ground black pepper. Saute for a few seconds.
