This South Indian mushroom curry is a delicious and flavorful vegan dish that combines the earthy richness of mushrooms with the creamy sweetness of coconut milk.

Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Chop tomatoes, put in a chutney jar or blender, and make a paste.

Step 3: Heat oil in a pan. Add black mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
