Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups pineapple chunks fresh, frozen or canned all are fine
  • 1 cup pineapple juice without artificial sweetener
  • 2 cups coconut milk unsweetened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar optional, adjust as per taste
  • ¼ cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
  • Pour into glasses. Garnish with pineapple chunks and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adding sugar is optional, you may skip it completely or replace it with a healthier sweetener of choice.
  • Instead of adding ice, you can use frozen pineapple in the recipe.
  • Cream of coconut can also be used instead of coconut milk.
