Soak the dates in warm water for around 10-15 minutes. After 15 minutes discard the water and remove the seeds.
Put all the ingredients in a grinder or food processor and process until everything comes together like a dough.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Take a small portion of the mixture and roll between your palms to make a smooth ball. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
You can enjoy them immediately or keep in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before eating. Store them in an airtight container. They will be fine in the fridge for around 10-12 days and 2-3 months in the freezer.

Medjool dates are considered to be the best dates for energy balls because of their rich sweetness and softness which helps in binding things together.
If you are allergic to peanuts, use almond or any other nut butter. You can also skip roasted peanuts or use any other nut of your choice.
Instead of peanut butter, you can also use tahini.
