Instructions
Keep around 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut aside and put all the remaining ingredients in a blender.
Once blended add the remaining shredded coconut to the jar and mix with a spoon.
Pour into the Popsicle molds and freeze for 6-7 hours or overnight.
Unmold and enjoy!
Notes
The amount of sweetener and lime juice may vary depending upon the sweetness of your mango, pineapple, and your taste preference. So after blending everything taste and adjust the sweetener and lime juice before freezing.
If you don't have fresh fruits, canned or frozen can be used too.
