400 grams spaghetti ¼ cup olive oil 4 large cloves of garlic minced 2 cups cherry tomatoes cut in half ¼ cup finely chopped parsley ¼ cup finely chopped dill ½ cup sliced black olives Juice of ½ a lemon 1 cup crumbled feta 1 teaspoon dried basil Salt as per taste
Boil pasta al dente by following the instructions given on its packet.
While the pasta is cooking heat oil in a pan. Add minced garlic and saute for around 30 seconds.
Add tomatoes, salt, dried basil, and cook for 2 minutes or until the tomatoes are no longer raw.
Drain the cooked pasta and add to the pan.
Add parsley, dill, and olives. Toss well until everything gets mixed. Switch off the gas.
Finally, add feta, mix, and serve.
Cook pasta al dente, overcooked pasta will spoil the whole dish.
You can use any type of pasta in this recipe.
Add lemon zest for extra freshness.
As feta cheese is also very salty, add salt carefully.
