quick oats

cup
peanut butter

ripe bananas
medium-sized

dried cranberries

tbsp
pumpkin seeds
shelled

shredded coconut

dairy-free chocolate chips

teaspoon
cinnamon powder

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Peel and mash the bananas into a smooth paste.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Take equal scoops of the batter and place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Gently press with your fingers to slightly flatten the scoops.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for around 16-18 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Enjoy!
Notes
These cookies have moderate sweetness. If you prefer sweeter cookies, add a sweetener of your choice.
