- 2 cups puffed rice
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- 1 small tomato finely chopped
- ½ cup cucumber finely chopped
- 1 cup boiled potatoes finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies finely chopped
- ¼ cup coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 5 tbsp navratan mixture/ any other similar mixture a type of readymade Indian snack
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder adjust as per taste
- 2 tbsp mustard oil no other oil can be used in this recipe
- Salt as per taste
Add all the ingredients except mustard oil and lemon juice in a large bowl and mix well.
Just before serving add mustard oil and lemon juice, toss enjoy!
