1.5 cups pineapple chunks fresh, frozen or canned all are fine 1 cup pineapple juice without artificial sweetener 2 cups coconut milk unsweetened ¼ cup granulated sugar optional, adjust as per taste ¼ cup ice cubes
Adding sugar is optional, you may skip it completely or replace it with a healthier sweetener of choice.
Instead of adding ice, you can use frozen pineapple in the recipe.
Cream of coconut can also be used instead of coconut milk.
After blending, freeze pina colada in popsicle molds to enjoy pina colada popsicles.
