Chocolate Banana spring roll also known as Pisang Cokelat or Piscok is a vegan dessert from Indonesia. It just needs 4 ingredients and gets ready within 15 minutes. The taste of warm and sweet banana, melted chocolate inside crisp rolls tastes divine.
1cupchocolate chipsuse dairy-free chocolate chips if vegan

Water to seal the spring rolls
Instructions
Peel and vertically cut the bananas into two equal pieces. Cut each vertical piece horizontally from the center to make 4 equal-sized pieces of each banana.
Spread one spring roll sheet on a flat surface. Put a piece of banana on one side of the sheet. Top it with some chocolate chips.
Fold both the horizontal sides of the sheet inwards. Start rolling the sheet vertically till the end and tuck everything inside the roll. Apply water at the ends to seal the roll. Similarly, make all the other spring rolls.
Heat oil in a wok or pan and deep fry the spring rolls until they turn golden brown from both sides.
Take out on a paper kitchen towel to get rid of the excess oil. Drizzle some chocolate sauce and enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier version air fry or bake the spring rolls.
You can also skip the chocolate and make it with just banana and palm sugar.
If vegan, make sure your chocolate and spring roll sheets are vegan.
