Chili Garlic Noodles

Chili garlic noodles is a very simple and tasty Asian noodle recipe that needs just a handful of basic ingredients and gets ready within 30 minutes.

  • 400 gms noodles
  • 1/4 cup crushed garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped spring onion optional
  • 3 tbsp chili oil adjust as per taste
  • 1 tbsp vegan/ vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper adjust as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp any cooking oil of your choice


  • Boil the noodles as per instructions given on it's packet.
  • Mix oyster sauce, chili oil, salt, sugar, and pepper in a bowl and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a wok and add crushed garlic to it. Saute for about a minute or until it becomes fragrant.
  • Add the sauce mixture and cook for a few seconds.
  • Finally, add the boiled noodles and chopped spring onion. Mix until the sauce gets evenly coated on every noodle strand. Stir fry the noodles on high flame for around 4-5 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite Asian stir-fried dish.


Instead of vegan/ vegetarian oyster sauce, you can also use any other Asian stir-fry sauce of your choice.
