Tomato puff pastry tart
This tomato puff pastry tart is a mini summer tart recipe that has a delicious combination of crisp and flaky puffs, juicy cherry tomatoes, and creamy cheese. It's a quick and easy vegetarian recipe that gets ready in just 25 minutes!

Cut the tomatoes in half. Add dried herbs, pepper, salt, garlic, and olive oil. Gently mix and keep aside.
Spread a baking sheet on a baking tray and put the puff pastry squares on it.
Mark around a 0.5-inch border on each square. Prick the center with a fork so that it rises lesser than the border.
Spread some mozzarella cheese in the center. Top it with feta cheese and then tomatoes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (or 400°F) for 15-17 minutes or until the puffs turn golden brown.
Instead of mozzarella, you can also use any melting cheese of your choice.
Though cherry tomatoes are the best for this recipe, slices of any type of tomato can be used too.
