Easy peach cobbler made with canned peaches- a delicious and simple cobbler recipe that's loved by everyone. If you are looking for easy dessert recipes that are perfect for every occasion try this canned peach cobbler.
Keep the butter stick in a baking dish (around 9x13 inches). Put the dish in the oven while it's getting pre-heated until the butter gets melted. Take out the dish. If your dish is microwave-proof, you can also microwave it for a few seconds.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon powder. Add milk and mix until you get a smooth batter.
Pour the batter over melted butter.
Gently pour canned peaches along with the syrup on top of the batter. Make sure that the peaches are evenly spread over the batter. Don't mix.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (350°F) for around 45-50 minutes.
Enjoy with a dollop of ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
Don't like peaches? Follow this recipe to make cobbler with your choice of fruits and berries.
A combination of different fruits or berries can be used too.
If you want more peaches in your cobbler, increase the quantity of peaches in the recipe but don't add more syrup.
This recipe will give you a cobbler that has nicely baked golden brown edges with a gooey center. That's my preferred way of enjoying a cobbler. If you don't want a gooey center, don't use the entire can of syrup
You can also sprinkle more ground cinnamon on top of the peaches before baking for extra flavor.
