Green Mango Chutney
Green mango chutney is a tangy, minty chutney made with raw green mangoes, mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic, and cumin seeds.
Servings 5 people
- 2 raw mangoes
- 1.5 cups roughly chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped mint leaves
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 2-3 green chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp water
Peel and deseed the raw mangoes. Cut into medium sized pieces.
Put all the ingredients in a grinder and make a paste. Check and adjust the seasoning.
Take out the chutney in a bowl and serve with any Indian meal or favorite snack. You can also use it as a sandwich spread or salad dressing.
