Guacamole

Guacamole is a traditional vegan Mexican dip made with avocado pulp. It tastes great with almost every Mexican dish and can also be used as a delicious sandwich spread.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3-4 finely grated garlic cloves grated
  • 1.5 teaspoon Jalapeno finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • Cut the avocados into two halves, remove the seed and scoop out the pulp. Roughly mash the pulp. Don’t make it too smooth, keep a few small chunks in it.
  • Add all the ingredients to the mashed avocado and mix well.
  • Serve this delicious and refreshing dip with Tortilla chips/ Burritos/ EnchiladasQuesadilla or any dish of your choice.
