Guacamole is a traditional vegan Mexican dip made with avocado pulp. It tastes great with almost every Mexican dish and can also be used as a delicious sandwich spread.
Cut the avocados into two halves, remove the seed and scoop out the pulp. Roughly mash the pulp. Don’t make it too smooth, keep a few small chunks in it.
Add all the ingredients to the mashed avocado and mix well.
Serve this delicious and refreshing dip with Tortilla chips/ Burritos/ Enchiladas/ Quesadilla or any dish of your choice.
