Mix all the ingredients under the dough and knead to make a soft and smooth dough. Cover with a plastic wrap and keep aside for around 20-30 minutes.
Soak the soya granules in boiling water and keep aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, fluff with a fork. If there is some extra water, drain it.
Mix all the ingredients under toppings in a bowl.
Divide the dough into equal size balls. Take one ball at a time, roll it between your hands. Dust some dry flour and roll it into thin pizza bases with the help of a rolling board and pin.
Now put the pizza bases on a baking tray, put a thin layer of topping on each base, spread evenly leaving the corners.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for around 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees C or until the bread turns light brown and topping also gets nicely cooked.
