This creamy potato mushroom soup is a hearty and flavorful soup that combines the earthy taste of mushrooms with the comforting rich creaminess of potatoes.

Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Saute sliced mushrooms in olive oil for 4-5 minutes on medium heat. Transfer them to a bowl.

Step 3: Heat some more olive oil in the same pot and cook chopped onion until it turns translucent.
