Corn fried rice- a quick and easy Asian-style fried rice loaded with sweet corn kernels and baby corn. Made with a handful of ingredients, this dish gets ready in just 20 minutes.

Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Heat oil in a wok. Add chopped onion and cook until it turns translucent.

Step 3: Add chopped garlic and white part of scallion. Saute for about a minute.
