Smooth, creamy, and flavorful- this shahi paneer is a delicious vegetarian curry from India that's loved by everyone. It's very easy to make and gets ready in around 30 minutes.

Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Melt butter in a cooking pot. Add whole spices and saute for a few seconds.

Step 3: Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until the onion becomes translucent.

Step 4: Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, cashew nuts, salt, and red chili powder.

Step 5: Cook for around 15 minutes or until the tomatoes turn mushy.

Step 6: Allow the onion tomato mix to reach room temperature then put it in a blender to make a paste.

Step 7: Strain to make a smooth creamy paste.

Step 8: Sauté very finely chopped garlic, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and kasoori methi in some butter. Add paneer cubes and sauté for a minute.

Step 9: Add strained tomato onion paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 10: Add cream, mix, and cook for a minute.

Step 11: Add garam masala and more kasoori methi. Mix and switch off the stove.  Your quick and easy shahi paneer is ready to be served.
