Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Rinse yellow mung beans and put in pot.

Step 3: Add water, salt, and turmeric powder. Mix.

Step 4: Cook covered on medium heat for around 30 minutes or until the dal is cooked.
