Indian mixed beans curry- a delicious vegan and gluten free curry made with five different beans. It's full of flavors and is packed with protein. A must try Indian recipe.

Step1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Wash and soak mixed beans in water for at least 7 hours.

Step 3: Put soaked beans in a pressure cooker with salt and water.

Step 4: Cook till 7-8 whistles or until the beans are cooked.

Step 5: Mash some beans with the backside of a ladle.

Step 6: Make a paste of onion, garlic, and ginger, in a grinding jar. Keep the paste aside.

Step 7: Make a separate paste of tomato and green chilies. Keep it aside too.

Step 8: Sauté whole spices in some oil.

Step 9: Add onion paste and cook until it turns golden brown.

Step 10: Add powdered spices and sauté for a few seconds.

Step 11: Add tomato paste and salt.

Step 12: Cook for 10-12 minutes.

Step 13: Add cooked beans, mix, and cook for another 5-6 minutes.

Step 14: Add garam masala and chopped cilantro. Your mixed beans curry is ready to be enjoyed!
