This spiced plum chutney is an easy and delicious chutney flavored with warm Indian spices. It's a vegan and gluten free recipe that gets ready in less than 30 minutes.

Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Cut the plums in half and remove the seeds.

Step 3: Heat oil in a cooking pot and add mustard seeds. Let the seeds splutter.

Step 4: Add powdered spices and salt. Saute for a few seconds.

Step 5: Add chopped plums, sugar, and vinegar.

Step 6: Mix everything and cover the pot. Cook covered for around 15 minutes.

Step 7: Remove the lid, mash the plums with a spatula.

Step 8: Cook covered for another 10 minutes.
