Asian mixed vegetables in garlic sauce is a vegan recipe that gets ready in 30 minutes and is loved by everyone. Serve it with a rice or noodle dish to enjoy a home cooked vegan Asian meal.

Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2:  Heat vegetable oil in a large wok and sauté chopped vegetables on high flame for 5-6 minutes. Transfer sauteed vegetables to a plate and keep aside.

Step 3: Heat sesame oil in a wok. Add chopped garlic, ginger, white part of spring onion, and dried red chilies. Saute for about a minute.
