Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Step 3: Add chopped onion and saute until it becomes translucent.

Step 4: Add minced garlic and sliced green chilies. Saute for a few seconds.
