Asian style broccoli in ginger garlic sauce- a quick vegan recipe that gets ready in less than 30 minutes. Serve it with some boiled jasmine rice or noodles to enjoy a delicious Asian meal at home.

Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2:  Heat vegetable oil and light sesame oil in a wok. Add broccoli florets, chopped ginger and garlic.

Step 3: Sauté for 4-5 minutes on a high flame.

Step 4: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, water, brown sugar, white pepper, and chili flakes.

Step 5:  Add sauce blend to the wok and mix everything. Cook until the sauce starts boiling.

Step 6: When the sauce starts boiling, push broccoli florets to the side so that the liquid comes at the center of the wok.

Step 7: In a bowl, mix corn starch and water to make corn starch slurry.

Step 8: Add corn starch slurry to the sauce.

Step 9: Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
