These mushroom-stuffed peppers are perfect for a comforting vegetarian dinner. The bell peppers in this recipe are filled with a delicious savory mixture of mushrooms, quinoa, walnuts, and cheese.

Step1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Cook quinoa.

Step 3: Apply oil on bell pepper halves and place them on a baking tray with the hollow side down.

Step 4: Bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ (400℉) for 8-10 minutes.
