Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Roughly chop walnut kernels and toast for a few minutes i.e. until they become fragrant and more crunchy.

Step 3: Wash, peel, and chop beetroots into bite size cubes.

Step 4: Put in a cooking pot along with water.

Step 5: Cook covered for around 45 minutes. Once cooked, strain, and allow to reach room temperature.

Step 6: Prepare salad dressing by mixing lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Step 7: Put roasted walnuts, beet cubes, feta cubes, and chopped dill in a large bowl. Pour dressing over them.

Step 8: Toss until everything gets mixed.
