This sweet corn soup is a comforting blend of sweet corn, mixed vegetables, and gentle seasonings simmered to perfection. It’s warm, creamy, and full of fresh flavors, perfect for chilly days or a light meal.

Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Put sweet corn kernels and water in a grinding jar. Make a paste. Keep it aside.

Step 3: Heat cooking oil in a pot. Add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies, and spring onion whites. Sauté for about a minute.

Step 4: Add chopped carrot and French beans. Cook for around 2 minutes.

Step 5: Add 1 cup of sweet corn kernels and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add corn paste.

Step 6: Sauté for about a minute.

Step 7: Add water, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Step 8: Add corn starch slurry. Stir continuously. Cook until the soup thickens.

Step 9: Add vinegar and the chopped green onions. Mix and turn off the heat. Your easy Asian style corn soup is ready!
