Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Sauté a chopped red onion in olive oil until it becomes translucent.

Step 3: Add chopped bell pepper and jalapeno. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4: Add garlic powder and crumbled vegetable bouillon cube. Cook for a minute.
