MUSHROOM PEPPER FRY

A quick and easy mushroom recipe- Pepper mushroom fry. This vegan and gluten-free recipe gets ready in just 30 minutes.

Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and add fennel seeds. Saute for a few seconds or until the seeds become fragrant.

Step 3: Add sliced onion, curry leaves, green chilies, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

Step 4: Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for around a minute.

Step 5: Add chopped mushrooms, all the spices, and salt.

Step 6: Cook for around 10-15 minutes stirring in between.
