Tomato tofu is a delicious vegan Vietnamese recipe that can be prepared within 25 minutes. You can serve it with steamed rice or stir-fried noodles to enjoy a simple Vietnamese meal at home.

Step 1: Collect recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Put tofu cubes, oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Toss.

Step 3: Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C(or 400 °F) for 12-15 minutes.

Step 4: Heat oil in a skillet. Add chopped garlic and saute until it starts turning brown.
