Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and black mustard seeds. Let the seeds splutter.

Step 3: Add chopped garlic and sauté until it's raw smell goes away.

Step 4: Add chopped potatoes and sauté for around 2 minutes.

Step 5: Add chopped green beans, green chilies, and salt.

Step 6:  Mix everything.

Step 7: Cook covered for 12-15 minutes.

Step 8: Stir once or twice in between.

Step 9: Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder.

Step 10: Mix and cook uncovered for another 1-2 minutes.
