Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Step 3: Add potato cubes and cook until they turn golden brown. Add chopped green chilies.

Step 4: Add chopped okra.

Step 6: Mix and cook uncovered for 12-15 minutes. Gently stir 2-3 times in between.

Step 7: Once okra is cooked, push the vegetables towards the edges and put powdered spices in the center. Sauté the spices for a few seconds.

Step 8: Add salt and mix everything. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 9: Switch off the stove and add dried mango powder. Mix.
