Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pot. Add chopped carrot, celery, and onion. Cook until the onion turns translucent.

Step 4: Add chopped bell pepper and sweet corn kernels. Saute for 3-4 minutes.

Step 12: Transfer around 1.5 cups of soup to a blending jar. Allow it to get slightly colder

Step 13: Blend to make a paste.

Step 14: Transfer the paste back to the soup pot.

Step 15: Cook for another 5 minutes.
