Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into around 1-inch cubes.

Step 3: Put the potato cubes in a large bowl. Add olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss.

Step 4: Spread the potato cubes in a large skillet. Add around ½ a cup of water. Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes or until the bottom side of the potato cubes turn golden brown.

Step 5: Remove the lid and gently flip the potato cubes

Step 6: Cook the other side too for around 10 minutes. Turn off the heat. Your simple sauteed rosemary potatoes are ready!
