Step1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a pan. Add sliced onion, chopped ginger, garlic, and white part of spring onion. Saute until the onion turns translucent.

Step 3: Add chili flakes and sauté for a few seconds.

Step 4; Add shredded cabbage and sauté on a high flame for 3-4 minutes.

Step 5: Push sauteed cabbage to a side and add soy sauce, chili sauce, and vinegar in the center. Sauté the sauces for a few seconds.

Step 6:  Mix everything.

Step 7: Cook instant ramen in a separate pot. Strain.

Step 8: Add cooked ramen, chopped spring onion greens, and white sesame seeds to the pan.
