800 grams frozen mixed berries 500 grams vanilla cake mix 200 grams unsalted butter
Put the butter sticks in the baking dish and put it in the oven while it's getting preheated.
Transfer the melted butter to a bowl.
Spread the frozen berries in the same baking dish in which the butter was melted.
Evenly spread the cake mix on top of the berries.
Pour the melted butter on top of the cake mix. Don't mix.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ (or, 350℉) for around 35- 40 minutes or the cobbler top starts getting brown patches.
You can use a single variety of berries or any other fruit in this recipe.
This delicious cobbler can be made with fresh or canned berries too.
Use only vanilla or lemon cake mix to make this cobbler.
Shake the pack of cake mix well or take it out in a bowl and whisk before spreading it over the berries.
You can also make individual-size cobbler in oven-safe ramekins, instead of making one large cobbler.
