Preheat the oven to 200℃ (around 400℉).
Thinly slice the peaches.
Mix cinnamon powder and ginger powder in a bowl and keep it aside.
Line a baking tray with a baking sheet.
Spread around 2 teaspoons of honey on a corner of the baking sheet.
Place peach slices on top.
Drizzle some more honey on top of the peaches.
Sprinkle some cinnamon and ginger powder mixture.
Cover with a puff pastry square and gently press. Seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
Brush the puff pastry with some oil.
Repeat the above step with all the remaining puff pastry squares.
Prick each puff pastry square at 2-3 places using a fork.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200℃(or 400℉) for 18 to 20 minutes i.e. until the puff pastry turns golden brown.
Take out the baking tray and allow reaching room temperature.
Once the puff pastries reach room temperature, flip them over with the help of a spatula.
Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.
