Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Heat oil in a wok. Add sliced onion, chopped garlic, ginger, and white part of sping onion.

Step 3: Sauté until the onion turns translucent.

Step 4: Add chopped mushrooms and cook until the moisture released by mushrooms dries up.

Step 5: Add chopped vegetables and sauté on a high flame for 2-3 minutes.

Step 6: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster mushroom sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar.

Step 7: Add sauce mix to the wok. Mix with vegetables and sauté for a minute.

Step 8: Push the vegetables towards the edges of the wok to create some space in the middle.

Step 9: Add vegetable stock in the middle and let it simmer.

Step 10: Put ramen over simmering vegetable stock and leave like that for around 2 minutes.

Step 11: When the ramen strands start becoming softer, flip the ramen blocks over and cook the other side too for 1-2 minutes.

Step 12: Once both the sides are cooked mix everything.

Step 13: Add chopped spring onion greens.

Step 14: Mix and cook for another 2 minutes. Your delicious ramen with vegetables is ready to be enjoyed!
