Step 1: Collect the recipe ingredients.

Step 2: Put Shado beni or cilantro, garlic, and hot peppers in a grinding jar. Make a paste and keep it aside.

Step 3: Put rinsed split peas, chopped pumpkin, and water in a cooking pot. Cook until the lentils and pumpkin turn mushy.

Step 12: Add chopped vegetables, cooked chickpeas, corn kernels, and sliced corn on the cob.

Step 13: Add flour balls.

Step 14: Add thyme, salt, and pepper.

Step 15: Cook covered for around 30 minutes or until the dumplings are cooked.
