Guacamole is a simple vegan Mexican dip made with avocado pulp.It tastes great with almost every Mexican dish & can also be used as a delicious spread.

So today I will re-route from Asia to Mexico.
Today I am sharing another vegan side dish from Mexico-Guacamole.
Salsa and Guacamole, both are loved in my house. We love having tortilla chips on our movie nights, not only because they taste great but also because there is always some great offer on them at the grocery store near our house.
Having tortilla chips with Salsa and Guacamole every movie night has become more like a ritual in our home now.
What is Guacamole
For those who are not aware, Guacamole is a classic vegan dip from Mexico.
Though there are different ways of making it, the basic recipe remains the same with avocado as the main ingredient.
This creamy and refreshing dish can also be used as a great sandwich spread. You can use it in my avocado and mung bean sprouts sandwich recipe, it tastes great.
How to make Guacamole
Making guacamole is very easy. Just cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, scoop out the pulp, and mash it. Don’t make it too smooth, keep a few small chunks in it.
Finely chop the onion, tomato, cilantro, and jalapeno. Grate garlic cloves. Add everything to the mashed avocado and mix well. Enjoy!

Easy Guacamole recipe
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 3-4 finely grated garlic cloves grated
- 1.5 teaspoon Jalapeno finely chopped
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt as per taste
- Cut the avocados into two halves, remove the seed and scoop out the pulp. Roughly mash the pulp. Don’t make it too smooth, keep a few small chunks in it.
- Add all the ingredients to the mashed avocado and mix well.
